Mum is at home, so the position involves mostly shared care, with periods of sole charge as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping and home management for a large family home
- Family laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organisation
- Organising storage areas, bedrooms, and household systems
- Family cooking and meal preparation as part of the daily routine
- Keeping the home clean and tidy on a daily basis (a weekly cleaner handles deep cleaning)
- School drop-offs and pick-ups for the 4-year-old
- Shared care of both children, with occasional sole charge
- Supporting daily routines with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Occasional babysitting by mutual agreement
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar housekeeper-nanny or family assistant role
- Strong housekeeping skills and a highly organised approach to home management
- Ability to cook healthy meals as needed
- Confident with babies and young children, including basic care and play
- Warm, discreet, and dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working alongside a parent as well as independently
- A driver is essential and must have own car
