Summary
A prestigious UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) family based in London is seeking a professional, highly presentable Household Team Member to join their dynamic and well-established private household team. This is a full-time, live-out position, ideal for candidates with previous experience in luxury private homes or VIP residences. The family offers a warm, supportive working environment and values long-term, loyal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily hands-on support with general household duties, ensuring smooth operation of the residence
- Work collaboratively with housekeepers, nannies, chefs, and other staff to maintain a harmonious environment
- Travel occasionally with the family, both in the UK and internationally (must hold valid passport)
- Work 5 days per week, including some weekends on a rota basis
- Assist with pet care as required
- Respond proactively to the family's needs with flexibility and professionalism
- Maintain high standards of discretion, confidentiality, and presentation at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a UHNW or VIP private household
- Strong teamwork and communication skills - able to integrate smoothly into a busy household
- Well-groomed, polished, and highly presentable at all times
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with pets and experience in pet care is preferred
- "Can-do" attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
- Willingness and ability to travel with the family as needed
