Hours Required:) Mon: 8.30 am - 3.00 pm & 5.30 - 8.00 pm, Thurs/Friday: 8.30 am - 2.30 & 5.30 - 8.00 pm
Sat 9.00 - 1.30 pm & 5.30 - 8.00 pm, Sun 9.00 - 2.30 pm (Tuesday/Wednesday off days) Principles are abroad for approximately 3 months of the year and when they are away days off can be taken at weekends.
Driver: Yes, car provided for use on duty
Live in Accommodation: One bed roomed flat, away from main residence, tv including channels, wi fi, private w/c shower room, kitchenette, with appliances, washing machine, cooker, sitting area,
Summary:
This is a lovely Live in Housekeeper position caring for a small country house with indoor pool and gym in Henley on Thames.
Duties will include:
- General Household cleaning
- laundry, ironing (to include business shirts) taking care of delicate fabrics
- assisting chef,
- serving meals
- minor sewing repairs
- arranging flowers
- taking care of antiques
- looking after Burmese cat
We are looking for a mature and experienced person who is looking for a long-term role. You will be articulate, adaptable, and cheerful. Flexibility and a can-do attitude is key. It is important that you work well with their chef and part time housekeeper.
