Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 gross per annum

Summary of Role

Based in Vauxhall but with lots of international travel for Rob – they need someone loyal and reliable to help them across both the business and home. They are a down to earth and approachable couple and are looking for an honest and hard-working juggler who will look forward to the variety of this role.


PA Duties

Location: to be split between Vauxhall (London Office) and Cobham Home


•          Manage Rob’s email – flagging those with urgent actions, adding tasks onto ‘to do’ list / drafting replies as needed

•          Manage Rob's calendar and liaise with the Office Manager regularly to align with bigger picture planning

•          Manage and maintain Rob 'to do' list via voice notes/ checking emails/ attending meetings etc

•          Manage Rob's travel - liaise with Office Manager on wider travel plans

•          Support SMT (Senior Management Team – includes Rob, Claire & Head of Delivery) with any tasks required on a daily basis within work environment

•          Manage SMT diary alongside Office Manager

•          Joint responsibility to sit in on SMT meetings and take minutes along with Office Manager

•          Manage personal expenses for Directors

•          Personal tasks to include management/ booking/overseeing:

- dealing with cars (clean/ taxes/ MOT booking/ purchasing/servicing)

- managing house bills & service providers (TV/ energy/ bills)

- researching and booking holidays

- child centric elements: booking doctors/ nursery/ organising parties etc

- shopping/ purchasing presents & returns of items

- dry cleaning

- managing house providers e.g. cleaner/ gardener

- booking restaurants

- booking doctors/ hair etc

•          Ad hoc duties


Nanny Duties

Children: 3.5yr girl/ 11 mth boy


•          Twice weekly pick-up from nursery

•          Potentially ad hoc drop off to nursery

•          In September there will be the need to pick up on Monday from school and do a dual school and nursery pick up on the Tuesday and Friday. With potential for ad hoc drop off

•          Give them snacks and meals as needed


Housekeeping Duties


•          Load/unload dishwasher

•          Load/unload washing machine

•          Keep house generally tidy and presentable

•          Clean floor/sides after feeding or making of food

This role will require an ability to think on your feet and 'see' what needs to be done. As this role is a hybrid of positions - we need someone who is flexible and enjoys a challenge. They will be hugely integral to both our home and work. They will benefit from having their own space to work but also part of a bigger team with the time they spend in the office.
