Profile
SM is a very warm, affectionate and kind carer who is very confident working in the family home and caring for children in either a sole or shared charge position. She has current experience with new-born, as there is a 4 month old in her family and Sue tries to spend a lot of time with the baby.
We had a great interview with SM as she came across as confident, friendly, well-mannered and smiley. SM is happy to ‘do what needs doing’ and is equally happy caring for the children or caring for the home.
