We conduct two interviews (telephone and face to face or video conference) with every candidate before recommending them to a client and our registration process is designed to ensure that we are assessing the candidates across many different areas over an extended period of time.

Candidate Advice and Evaluation

HomeOrganisers not only invests time getting to know our candidates, but also advises them on how to better align their skills and experience with their job expectations. This enables candidates to make informed employment decisions, increasing their chances of success and fulfilment on the job. We evaluate every candidate on several levels. Does a candidate match all agency requirements? What kind of personality does an applicant have? Does a candidate match the client’s needs and expectations? We are experienced in evaluating and selecting candidates who precisely match not only the job requirements, but also the family’s character and lifestyle.


We take a minimum of two written references and/or verbal references. We supply referee contact details to you so that you can speak directly, if you wish. We supply a report detailing all references.

Candidate Profiles

We submit original CV's to the client and create a candidate summary /profile that is submitted to a client whenever a candidate is recommended.

Individual Search

We conduct an individual search to locate the top candidates for every client. We draft a customised job description for every client, effectively communicating key information to attract desired candidates. We email candidate details to our clients and arrange for Client-Candidate interviews.

Background Checks

We conduct a thorough background check on all candidates that are put forward for interview.

Standard Background checks are included in the placement fee and will have been initiated during candidate registration.

The Standard Background check includes

  • Address Validation
  • Reference Taking (minimum 2)
  • Enhanced DBS( Criminal reference checks)
  • Right to Work
